Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Roomdoku ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Roomdoku is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
2. In-app purchases
The App may offer paid items:
- Remove Ads (one-time, permanent) — removes all ads.
- Developer Tips (consumable, repeatable) — these give no in-game benefit. They are pure donations in appreciation.
All purchases, refunds, and payment issues are governed by the policies of the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store). The developer can only assist within those store policies.
3. Advertising
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. Buying "Remove Ads" removes all ads. Rewarded ads are only shown when you voluntarily choose to watch them for an in-game reward (e.g. a hint).
4. Your responsibilities
- Do not use the App for fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
- Internet is required for ads and purchases. Any data charges are your responsibility.
- The developer is not liable for device damage or data loss.
5. Intellectual property
All code, art, characters, and puzzle structure are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss or damages caused by bugs, service interruption, or data loss.
7. Changes to these Terms
The developer may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or in store release notes.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be brought in the Seoul Central District Court.

이용약관
본 이용약관은 Roomdoku ("본 앱") 의 이용 조건을 정의합니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 사용 허가
Roomdoku은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 사용하실 수 있습니다. 앱을 역공학·복제·재배포하지 마세요.
2. 앱 내 구매 (IAP)
본 앱은 다음과 같은 유료 상품을 판매할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 제거 (1회 구매, 영구) – 모든 광고 제거.
- 개발자 후원 (소비성 상품, 반복 구매 가능) – 게임 내 혜택은 없으며 순수 후원 목적입니다.
구매·환불·결제 오류는 해당 스토어 (Google Play / Apple App Store) 의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 개발자는 플랫폼이 정하는 범위 내에서만 환불에 관여할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고
무료 버전에는 Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 표시됩니다. "광고 제거" 를 구매하시면 모든 광고가 제거됩니다. 리워드 광고는 힌트 등 선택적 보상을 위해 유저가 능동적으로 시청하는 경우에만 표시됩니다.
4. 사용자의 책임
- 본 앱을 스팸·사기 등 부정 용도로 사용하지 마세요.
- 본 앱의 일부 기능은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다 (광고, 구매). 데이터 요금은 사용자 부담입니다.
- 기기 손상, 데이터 손실 등에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 콘텐츠 소유권
Roomdoku의 모든 코드, 아트, 캐릭터, 퍼즐 구조 등은 개발자의 재산입니다. 허가 없이 이를 복제·재배포·상업적 이용하는 것은 금지됩니다.
6. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않으며, 버그·오류·중단이 있을 수 있습니다. 개발자는 서비스 중단 또는 데이터 손실에 대한 손해를 배상할 의무가 없습니다.
7. 약관의 변경
개발자는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 스토어 업데이트 노트로 안내합니다.
8. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.
